Update to all about our partnership with United Breast Cancer Foundation, The Health Wagon was able to support a local breast cancer survivor in a very personal way—by helping her receive her first new mattress in more than 40 years.
In her story, she also shares how difficult it can be to navigate cancer care—having to choose between treatments with painful side effects or living with the uncertainty of the disease itself. Like so many patients, she faced deeply personal and challenging decisions while continuing to push forward with courage.
Her experience reminds us that caring for people means supporting both their medical needs and the realities they face every day as survivors.
