Who is eligible to receive care at The Health Wagon?

Our services are primarily focused on serving uninsured, underinsured, and medically underserved individuals and families in our region. However, no one is ever turned away based on their ability to pay.

What types of medical services do you offer?

We offer comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease), routine physicals, lab testing, dental and vision care, medication assistance, and specialized health screenings.

How do I find out when the Mobile Health Unit will be in my area?

Our mobile health bus rotates through designated community locations throughout the month. You can view our upcoming schedule on our Clinics & Schedule page or follow our local social media updates for weekly stops.

Do I need health insurance or an appointment to be seen?

No insurance is required. We accept walk-ins at our stationary clinics, and our mobile health units operate on a first-come, first-served basis for most routine care. For specialized clinics or dental days, scheduling in advance is recommended.
