Virginia Smart Choices Nutrition Education Program (SCNEP) is through the U.S.D.A. and assists households in making healthier food choices and helps people become effective managers of available food resources. Our local SCNEP representative will do presentations regarding the program to groups and will also visit homes to do one-on-one nutrition education.
