Privacy and Security Policy

To ensure the privacy of donors, The Health Wagon and its donation receiver, Network for
Good, both use strong 256-bit-encryption and authentication. The 256 encryption is a
standard to generate key security to encrypt data and prevent it from unwanted access to
that data that is entered during the web page donation.

St. Mary’s Health Wagon online donations go through the Network for Good. They are a
recognized leader through its security network. Network for Good is recognized by
accredited charity watch groups.

The Health Wagon uses the newest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificates to provide
secure, encrypted communications network and internet browser protection. This protocol
provides the encryption. SSL Certificates are installed on pages that require end-users to
submit sensitive information over the internet such as credit card details or passwords.

What Information is Collected by Network for Good – Donations to The
Health Wagon?

The Health Wagon collects two types of information: personal information that is
submitted voluntarily and information that is collected automatically when the donor
uses the Network for Good sites or Services. Personal information” is data that can be
used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. Personal information collected may
include donor’s name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address, and payment
information, such as credit card number and expiration date. The Health Wagon may
also collect information such as your organization’s name, donor’s title within an
organization, industry type, and 501(c) 3 statuses, and other business information
about the organization. The Health Wagon may collect information from the donor
when the donor uses the site to make a donation.

When a donor submits payment information, the donor consents to providing payment
information to The Health Wagon and to its vendors processing the donation to the
extent required to provide our services to the donor. When The Health Wagon collects
payment information directly from the donor, this payment information is transmitted
directly to its vendor. For donations, the final four digits of the card number and the
expiration date is stored.

The Health Wagon also collects non-personal information from the donor passively.
Most site administrators use log files that record information such as Internet protocol
(IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages,
platform type, date/time stamp, and page navigation. The Health Wagon gathers this
information to track site visitor movement taken together, and to gather broad
demographic information for aggregate use. Our goal in gathering this information is to
learn how customers and the public are using The Health Wagon internet services. IP
addresses that are recorded by its log files are not linked to personal information.
